
Clinical Supervision
* I am currently at capacity with supervisees and am unable to take on new supervisees in 2021*.
I am a Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor with an interest in supervising early career psychologists, including provisional psychologists under the higher degree program, clinical psychology registrars, and clinical psychologists.
I provide individual and group clinical supervision. My supportive and non-judgmental approach allows supervisees to feel safe in discussing challenges in their work. I offer an integrative and collaborative approach to supervision, which an emphasis on the supervisee engaging in self-reflective practice but also taking responsibility for their skill and goal development.

Skill development: focusing on case formulation and therapeutic skill development

Self-care and wellbeing: supportive and non-judgemental approach; time management; stress management; work-life balance; preventing burn out

Reflective practice: examine personal reactions arising in clinical work; identify strengths and limitations; improve clarity and decision making

Healthy boundaries: working effectively with clients; practising assertiveness with colleagues

Ethical issues: managing ethical and professional dilemmas; ensuring the safety of the supervisee and their clients
