About this blog
Updated: Mar 8, 2021
Cerebate is where I record reflections and interests, such as issues arising from early career psychological practice, therapeutic practice and mental health, and the relationship between law and social science in child protection and adoption matters that are my main areas of professional practice and research. On occasion, I will share my experiences as a PhD candidate across disciplines (psychology, law, social science) and suggestions for survival for future research candidates. Cerebrate is intended as a reflective space and a blog on candid conversations that is accessible to a wide audience, and as such not overly formal or academic. That said, the pieces will be informed by empirical evidence and respects privacy and confidentiality of all clients, supervisees and colleagues. Thank you for stopping by and reading my blog, let me know what you think.
