Therapy

I am a warm and compassionate clinical psychologist who is committed to creating a safe therapeutic space for each person that I work with. My therapeutic style is collaborative, holistic, and strength-based to empower the children, adolescents, and adults I work with, to improve their wellbeing and to help them achieve their best selves. I am a strong advocate for a mind-body wellness; that we function best when our physical health, thoughts, and emotional wellbeing are in harmony.

I currently provide face to face and telehealth services at Sydney Counselling Centre (Chatswood) and telehealth services to people residing in rural Australia at Boundless Psychology (Narrabri).
